Assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
Koolark Centre for Aboriginal Students is located at 30 Aberdeen Street. and can assist you with information in a range of areas to do with your study including course enquiries, facilities, fees payments and instalment plans, referrals to external support agencies and pathway opportunities.

Access and Equity
We are committed to providing a fully accessible learning environment for all students and offers a range of support to people with disabilities to help achieve their educational and career goals.
We provide support to help people with disabilities achieve their educational and career goals.
The Access and Equity support services include:
- alternate methods of assessment and examination
- consultation about realistic vocational choices
- audio and large print resources
- interpreting and note-taking
- organising adaptive technology.

- assistance with access to buildings and classrooms.
On enrolment, it is advisable for students with a disability to contact the Disability Services Co-ordinator to ensure that the most appropriate support can be put in place in a timely manner. A Disability Services Officer can also arrange to meet you at the other campuses.

Security officers are available at most campuses. Please check with student services at your campus (see above) to find out what hours they are available. The security officer may be requested to accompany staff and students to college carparks when not engaged in other duties.
At the Perth campus a security officer may also be requested to accompany groups of staff and students to the nearby car parks and to the Wellington Street crossover approach to the main railway station.
Need help with your tax?
Each year Central offers Tax Help, a free e-Tax lodgement and advisory service to current Central Students who are earning less than $50,000 per annum.

Once you have registered, you will be contacted to arrange a specific date and time. At a minimum you must have received your Group Certificate/Payment Summary for the 2015/2016 financial year BEFORE an appointment can be made.
