Training Needs Analysis: A starting point
A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service provided by CBS can identify requirements so that your training is specifically targeted and represents a meaningful investment for the individual and organisation. Our Learning and Development Consultants can meet with you and outline our TNA service including:
At this stage we identify the organisation's strategic direction and goals and how these potentially impact on business operations.
The organisation's strategic direction and the changes required for the business operations are implemented via the organisation of jobs.
This stage is the traditional level of the TNA process, where the job incumbents or new recruits are compared to the identified job requirements and any skills gaps are identified;
Based on the skills gaps identified, CBS will be able to advise on implementing a Workforce Development Plan.

Nationally Recognised Qualifications can be selected and appropriate units of competency identified given your organisation's context, job roles and opportunity of likely participants to complete the assessment requirements for each of the units.
Support is provided throughout the service delivery, from identifying your organisation's and participants' requirements, coordination of training and assessment services, coaching and mentoring to aid participants with assessment demands and providing post course feedback.
