Central has short courses in several languages including Spanish, Vietnamese and Mandarin and the Creative Arts that include design, visual art, fashion, screen and media, photography, sewing, ceramics and patternmaking. Courses range from approximately $175 up to $300 and are on at times that suit you. They don’t demand adapting your lifestyle, or making big sacrifices.
