This unit is fully assessed in the workshop and relates to the unit of competence HLTFA201B - Provide basic emergency life support.  It is suitable to people wanting a career in the disability sector and those currently employed in the sector that need to refresh their knowledge and skills.

Most workplaces require people to successfully complete this qualification. The Basic workplace First Aid qualification remains current for three years. This course is run at the Centre for Cerebral Palsy, 106 Bradford Street Coolbinia WA 6050 and the fee includes morning and afternoon tea.
