About the course
Ask us a question about this course
Owning a digital SLR camera is only the first step in becoming a modern digital photographer. What happens after you have taken your pictures can be incredibly exciting. This course is designed to introduce students to Adobe Photoshop and basic digital post production.
Photoshop is immensely sophisticated and complex and because of that we will focus mainly on getting started and providing a taste of what is possible. Students taking this course should have a good understanding of their camera and be computer literate and/or have completed Central's Creative Photography - Basic course.
It is desirable and would be practical if students owned their own licensed version of Photoshop CS3, CS4 or CS5. Central will provide computers and Photoshop in class.
